Summary:
Coordinates work flow in the stockroom and assists supervisor to ensure work is performed in priority order.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Ensures data entry for stock room transactions are performed.
Pull, label, and issue materials accurately from stock for all jobs per pick list requirementsCoordinate material shortages with supervisor and report additional inventory requirements to PurchasingReconcile materials back into inventory as necessaryPerform daily cycle counts, review variances, and document root causesManage day to day job duties of the Stock ClerksStock incoming materials in their proper locationsManage safety stock levels and suggest adjustmentsLead continuous improvement projects in the stockroomManage inventory discrepancies and correct as neededDisposition materials as necessaryMaintain general housekeeping and organization within the stockroom KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Requires knowledge typically acquired throughCompletion of a High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or vocational degree,Six months to two years of related experience or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to apply computer knowledge.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
